Berry Lodge
Berry Lodge has been comprehensively renovated, with the removal of the 1980’s extensions to reveal and celebrate the historic cottage. New modern and contemporary extensions, including a first-floor balcony leading off the master suite to take full advantage of the panoramic views across the town, beach and estuary.
The project also included full landscaping and driveway, along with the construction of a new garage/boat house featuring a sedum roof and locally sourced larch cladding, creating contemporary yet sympathetic additions that blend seamlessly into the surrounding landscape.
D&O Construction were awarded LABC “Best Extension in Wales” 2024 for this project.
